Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Introduction:
These Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms")
govern your participation in our referral program ("Program"). By participating
in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Program, you must be an existing
customer of PEERS and agree to these Terms. Referrers and Referees must also
meet any additional eligibility criteria specified by PEERS.
Referral Process:
a. To refer someone ("Referee"), you must use the unique
referral number provided by PEERS.
b. The Referee must use the referral number to sign up.
c. Only referrals made through the official referral
process will be eligible.
Qualifying Purchase:
a. A qualifying purchase is defined by PEERS.
b. PEERS reserves the right to determine the eligibility
of any purchase for the Program.
Limits:
a. There may be limits on the number of referrals a
participant can make.
b. PEERS reserves the right to limit, suspend, or
terminate the Program at any time without notice.
Prohibited Conduct:
a. Participants must not engage in fraudulent,
misleading, or unethical behavior.
b. Participants must not create multiple accounts to
abuse the Program.
Termination:
PEERS reserves the right to terminate a participant's
access to the Program for any reason, including but not limited to violation of
these Terms.
Modification of Terms:
PEERS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate
the Program and these Terms at any time without notice.
Privacy:
By participating in the Program, you agree to the
collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in
PEERS's Privacy Policy.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of North Carolina.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
